These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through this website.
1. Products
All artworks and prints offered on this site are original creations by Florian Mas.
Each original painting is unique and signed.
Fine art prints are available in limited or open editions, produced on archival-quality paper or canvas, using professional-grade materials.
Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. If you have any questions about a piece before ordering, don’t hesitate to contact me.
2. Prices
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT when applicable.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and product type.
Buyers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
3. Payments
Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other accepted providers.
Orders are only shipped after full payment has been received.
4. Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 3–7 business days.
Original artworks and fine art prints (on paper or canvas) are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return original artworks or fine art prints in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

6. Custom Orders
Custom commissions are available upon request.
All custom orders are final and non-refundable once approved and confirmed by the client.
7. Intellectual Property
All artworks, designs, and content on this website are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the artist, Florian Mas.
No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written permission.
