Returns & Refund Policy
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- Original Paintings: You may return an original painting if it is in its original condition and properly packaged for transport. Once received and inspected, I will issue a refund. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Fine Art Prints: Prints can be returned under the same conditions. If you prefer an exchange, I will gladly replace your print (subject to availability).

⚠️ Damaged Items or Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or if there was a mistake, please email me at florian.mas.art@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.
- Fine Art Prints: If a print arrives damaged, I will send a replacement (if in stock) or offer a refund.
- Original Paintings: Due to their unique nature, original artworks cannot be replaced. In case of damage during shipping, I will issue a full refund.
📦 How to Return an Item
- Email florian.mas.art@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Ship the item back to 2 boulevard Joseph Girod, France, using its original packaging and a tracked shipping method.
- Once I receive and inspect the item, I will confirm your refund.
💳 Refund Process
If your return is approved, I will issue the refund via bank transfer within 5 to 10 business days.
